Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 17, 2026
BluePro Inc. (“BluePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how BluePro AI and our related websites, web applications, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) access, collect, use, share, retain, and safeguard information. BluePro provides business management and workforce tools to service businesses. If you use BluePro through your employer or another organization, that organization may also control and use information submitted through the Services under its own policies.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the Services and features you use, we may collect:
- Account and profile information: Name, email address, phone number, user and account identifiers, login and authentication information, organization, role, profile photo, and business or mailing address.
- Business and work information: Customer and contact details, appointment and job information, schedules, time entries, estimates, invoices, service addresses, inventory records, forms, notes, messages, and other content entered by users or their organization.
- Location and work activity information:Approximate and precise device location, timestamps, location accuracy, speed, heading, altitude, distance, movement or activity type, geofence entry and exit events, and device battery status when location-enabled workforce features are used. Section 2 describes this collection in more detail.
- Communications and calling information:Phone numbers, call and voicemail metadata, call status and duration, messages, and audio transmitted during calls. Calls or voicemails may be recorded when the applicable business enables recording and provides any notice required by law.
- Photos, files, and device input: Photos, documents, camera input, and other files you choose to upload for profiles, jobs, forms, estimates, invoices, or customer records.
- Device, application, and diagnostic information:Device and application identifiers, push notification tokens, operating system and app version, IP address, browser type, crash logs, diagnostics, network information, and feature interactions.
- Website and marketing information: Information you submit through forms, demo requests, or support inquiries, together with cookies, pixels, referring URLs, and interactions with our websites and marketing communications.
2. Location Data
The BluePro AI mobile app collects approximate and precise location data when an authorized workforce user enables location tracking and is clocked in. With the user’s device permission, this collection continues in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, so that work activity can be recorded throughout a shift. Tracking is stopped when the user clocks out. The app may also request a current or recent location when a user clocks in or clocks out.
We use location data to provide live dispatch visibility, optimize routes, calculate drive and job-site time, associate work activity with appointments, detect arrival at and departure from job sites, support timekeeping, and improve the accuracy and reliability of those features. Location records may include coordinates, timestamps, accuracy, speed, heading, altitude, movement or activity type, distance, geofence events, and battery status.
Location data is transmitted over an encrypted connection to BluePro and is available to authorized users of the employing or subscribing organization, such as dispatchers and managers. We may also provide location data to service providers that process it on our behalf to operate, host, secure, monitor, or support the Services. We do not sell location data, and we do not use location data for advertising.
Users can manage location permission in their device settings. Because background location is required for BluePro’s location-enabled clock-in, dispatch, routing, and job tracking features, those features may be unavailable when permission or tracking is disabled.

5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, support the customer relationship, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Raw mobile GPS pings are generally retained for up to 90 days. Derived work records, such as trips, drive time, job-site time, distance, and daily summaries, may be retained for the duration of the customer relationship and as needed for operational, contractual, security, or legal purposes. Retention periods for other records vary according to the type of information and the organization’s configuration.
6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Device permissions: You can manage location, microphone, camera, photo, motion, and notification permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
- Location tracking: Authorized workforce users can view tracking status in the app. Tracking is active only when enabled, permitted by the device, and the user is clocked in.
- Marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message.
- Cookies: Most browsers allow you to control cookies. Some advertising networks also provide opt-out tools.
- Privacy requests: Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Your employer or subscribing organization may be responsible for requests involving information it controls. To submit a request or ask where to direct it, contact us at support@bluepro.ai.
